i) Zenit International Ltd will describe and illustrate products
accurately and fairly. If any product does not meet your expectation you may
return it in its original packaging within 28 days for a full refund. No if's,
no buts, no quibble.
ii) The online Order Reservation Form will indicate current stock
availability. If the hand built model of your choice is currently out of stock
we will provide our best estimate of when it will be in stock and ready to
ship. You can place an order reservation and we will reserve the model in your
name. A 50% deposit is required. When the model is ready we will send you a
request for the final 50% payment. Where models are in stock you can pay by
card or by bank transfer. Please allow 14-28 days for delivery following
payment in full. We will contact you in advance of despatch to agree with you a
convenient date for you to accept delivery.
iii) UK delivery is free of charge. Overseas delivery will be charged at
cost.
iv) All prices shown include VAT at 20%.
v) All offers are subject to stock availability.
vi) On receipt of your model you will have 28 days to register for the
Zenit International Ltd re-purchase scheme which guarantees to buy back your
model at the price you paid subject to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions
i) Qualification for the Buy-Back scheme is subject to the payment of a
£95.00 Registration Fee and completion of the online registration form.
ii) Customers can exercise their Buy-Back option at any time two years
following registration. Only the original customer may exercise the Buy-Back
option.
iii) Models must be in mint "as delivered" condition and must
be returned to Zenit International Ltd at its business address complete with
all product content and packaging.
iv) Zenit International Ltd will refund to the customer the amount
originally paid within three months of the model's return to allow time for
inspection and re-sale.
